KEPT CHARGING MY CARD AFTER I CALLED TO CANCEL
A few months ago, I was surprised to see that MyFreeScore was charging me for my 'free' score, which is counter to what their business name implies. I called to complain and I was told they would cancel my 'subscription,' which is a joke because I never signed up for a 'subscription'! Well...I just found another charge on my card and have now registered a complaint with my card provider and am writing here to let others know this business is a scam!

I used you guys for a credit report and cancelled right afterwards, so that I wouldn't be charged. Today, on June 18, my account was charged 29.90. I want a refund and to make sure the cancellation occurred.

Cancel subscription
No answer stupid thing to fill out before call can even be placed. I will just dispute charges at my bank. Its a ponzee scheme to get your money and make it impossible to cancel

Then it's imperative that I write a soliloquy of 100 symbols just because I said that I'm having a hard time changing my credit card to another. Why? What is the problem?
