Very Bad Experience

I ordered from myflowergift.com. I told them to deliver in the morning but they made by 7PM. It was a surprise gift. Before delivering the gift the courier guy called and revealed the surprise. And I ordered 20 flower bouquets they delivered below 10 flowers. They didn't write my message on the cake. It was a plain cake. , and they put the message in a paper with very poor handwritten and one print paper along with the courier.

User's recommendation: Don't believe in Fake promises. I am Really disapointed with their service.

I orderd from Myflowergift www.myflowergift.com. I have been a customer with this company since 2014 but not once did i doubt on its services, I have recommended many people from Kuwait who wanted to send flowers to India, as I myself work in the floristry industry. However this time. I placed an order on 29/09/2017 at 3:00 am IST for delivery of Balloons, flowers and cake to be delivered at 10:00am. Which when I contacted them through their Live Chat was informed that as the order was placed on the same day and shops open at 10 am. the order would be delivered before 2:00pm. I also requested on the live chat that Happy Birtday Usha Mom to be written on the cake which never happened. I was informed around 4:30pm IST about reception of the order, and I called the customer service number provided. Upset about my order. So While I spoke to some lady who answered the phone, who was not at all courteous to listen to the grievance of the customer (Me) and snapped at me saying that the order was delivered at 3:30 pm. and blamed me for scolding over the phone. Hung up while i was still talking without listening to my complete query. If You see the pic of the cake provided you will understand why am i so upset. If you can't make it that way. why display it in the first place. I seriously don't know why this has happened this time. I feel sad of how the things turned out. I hope #myflowergift rectifies their loopholes check on their co-partners do proper followup and improve their customer care
