I am trying to cancel and number disconnected .

It was a free trial and want to cancel . I have brain injury and cannot do my daily meals . Not a good match for me .

User's recommendation: If you want to count everything, go for it.

Problem with my app

My app doesnt work! I cant add food items to daily log as the screen continually freezes up! Very frustrating!

User's recommendation: Called your posted customer service phone number and found it to be no longer in ssrvice! Not very impressive! I would like to talk to someone there about my app problems! My phone number is (714) 719-****!

Fitbit not syncing

The number I called was not in service so I didn't get any help. It's very disappointing that I can't get ahold of someone to help me with my account.
