Online order broken

Hi I am trying to get in touch with customer service and was unable to via phone. I ordered a pack of mugs online and when they were delivered one is broken. I would like it replaced please. My order number is 109211****. It was Robert Gordon pink Mediterranean hug me mugs. Thanks, Amanda Tait

Still no response

I want to get some help to access my account. I have to change my password but I cant do it without verification via an email that no longer exists. The email needs to be changed but the Myer website does not give me the option

Poor Customer Experience Management

Waiting 5 months for refund for returned goods. Poorest customer service experience ever. I am thoroughly displeased at the poor conduct of Myer and their poor management of my issue. On 14 occasions, I have initiated a call to rightfully request my refund. Oh and by the way, if someone from the subcontinent picks up the phone, they HANG UP ON YOU. When you do get someone, they offer you an insulting $20 gift card like you would want to shop there again anyway. After escalation, another baseless promise to refund by last Friday didn't materialise. Liars, deceitful and just plain atrocious behaviour. The management person responsible for the customer experience needs to find another job because he or she is useless in the present role. Move aside and let a genuine campaigner take over.

If you even thought for a second of keeping the goods which were not yours, that is stealing. How is that being an "honest" person.

Would you like it if someone did that to your goods? Also everyone makes mistakes.

Happy with the problems been solved

I havent received full of my order in one day of the delivery and also no email or sms form the store about the separate items will come on the another delivery. I thought the item delivered to me was the wrong item which I ordered. So I wrote the complaint email to consumer team. I so happy as the team reply my email so quickly and the day after I was received another part of my order (the item come with 2 boxes). Thank you and I really appreciate it. Kindly regarding NgaTran

Myer don't give damn about customers

No reply no explanation and NO APOLOGY. Ignorant and arrogant staff whom have no idea about their products and and provide extremely poor service.

User's recommendation: Only use if you have no alternative, eg need outdated product.
