They are Scammers

I recently checked their phone number and it appears that they have reactivated it now. But it only goes to a voicemail which tells you to email them.It has now been 7 months with no contact from my divorce papers.com!
I could not contact them to get a refund for the papwork that they never supplied to me and for some type of "monthly subscription fee" they signed me up for because their phone number was disconnected and they never responded to emails. Yet they have been billing me monthly for some type of subscription fee.
Be aware they are SCAMMERS. I did not want to have to cancel the credit card that I have used for many years which has the majority of my bills linked to it, but I cannot get them to stop charging me this fee and may need to cancel my card now.
They are no longer in business, however their website is still allowing people to sign up for divorce paperwork.
But you will never receive paperwork, and additionally they will start charging you a $24.84 monthly service fee and there's no way to cancel it because their phone number is disconnected. Beware.

Made full payment on the day it was purchased. notice 24.84 was taken out of my Discover account ? I have no idea why ? please check to see if more then this amount has been taken out of my card. MYDIVORCEPAPERSCOM (RCHO STA MARGCA) was found on my Discover card statement. For this month. Sept.4 2018. Why are u taken money out of my account!? I did not okayed. this per-found. Don't trust this site

I spent hours answering all the questions, printing the papers, organizing them, and signing them. I submitted them to the court and waited the week it takes for the courts to accept or reject the petition.
It was rejected. Every form. Because they were all out of date! I went back to MyDivorcePapers and told them through their online chat feature what had happened.
They told me how to request a refund through their cancellation procedure, which I did. Then I began the task of filling out all the correct forms by hand. 10 days later, I still hadn't received a refund or a call or anything. I went ahead and resubmitted the new papers the court gave me.
They were approved with no problems. I called MyDivorcePapers three times to get an update with no response. Finally I got them on the phone and they said because I didn't give them a chance to fix the form problem, I was ineligible for a refund (which is not what the online chat guy said). I told them I waited 10 days and heard nothing from them and I couldn't wait to resubmit the papers (I'm getting remarried in 7 months).
They didn't care and they won't refund my money.
