We understand that when an item is cheap, it won't be to a high standard from a durability point and while this product was as flimsy as I expected, compared to an outdoor setting that was more expensive. What is expected, is to receive goods that are not damaged. The box had no visible damage, yet the setting did not have 1 part of the powder coating that was not scratched, had missing parts and the quality of this product, for an outdoor setting, would not last outdoors 3 months in my trade opinion and there for not fit to be an outdoor setting. It looked like a used setting, rather than brand new and all I'd did was waste my valuable time to unpack and repack

Bought cloth diapers from Mydeals in December. When they came I realized that no inserts were included. However, it is clearly stated in their descriptions that inserts are included. So I emailed them and asked for a refund. I was requested to return the items. They did refund the postage in the form of ensogo cash but until now I have not received my refund of RM35 for the diapers. After several emails, then I realized their email became invalid. I mailed to the new one I found on their site but no reply. This is just absurd. I will never buy from them again!

I bought 1 shirt and 1 coat and the both quality are so bad. It is really different from what i see and read from the website. The both shirts quality are reallly big big big big different. I have fed up to buy shirt at Ensogo. Please improve else nobody will be buy again and it is wasting my money to buy at ensogo. Beside that, i was waited for 2 weeks for the shirt delivery. Please speed up the delivery process. I hope ensogo can filter the seller. Don't ever ever buy any shirt / dress from ensogo/ mydeal. Thanks

I bought MK wallet for phone and it says it could fit iphone 5. When i received it, i found it very low quality, i believe not even a real MK. The box says it made from genuine leather however the material it was made from is paper thin and it has defects. It has these crease marks that looks like someone folded the wallet. Not only that, it was too small, it couldnt fit an iphone 5. I emailed them since last week but nobody responds to my emails. I called them up but the line always busy. Just found out this company was My Deal previously and My Deal has very bad reputation. I regret buying thing from this site!

My deal Malaysia is a disgrace. No response when you email with problem and my goods still pending for delivery since October 2014!!!!

Read carefully when they said queen size quilt cover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought 2 sets queen size quilt cover but only found out is for Double size. Slightly smaller than queen by 50cm width. Wrote to them but NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Call no answer..what type of service is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst part is I lived in Australia and brought goods back home to realise is wrong product. Same order, I bought a shirt said include delivery but never receive till today since October 2014. So far I did received some payments as promised by Gianmarco. It is really frustrating for going to the office for a few times..but at least I did received some payment and left not much outstanding.

No point posting complain about the innocent sales person and other people because they are just the workers, they are probably facing more stress and more frustrated than you. The person to be blamed for is the owner of the company. Go find it out and blame on them!

Workers do not have control on the money but owners do! Use your tiny brain to think about it.

mahesh no longer kerja in mydeal la. got replaced by new ceo already..dunno what is his name..heard is come from Lazada last time. semua salesperson memang helpless because payment decision is by top management and finance I went to meet their vice presiden of sales Gianmarco, he say will help me I suggest u pergi jumpa ceo or finance ppl I heard they also didnt pay salary to staffs..kesian juga. then abt 60 people got fired because no money to pay salary. also they change to new name Ensogo Malaysia. mungkin nak cheat merchant lagi with the new name

I had booked a Casio watch in December 2014. They dint come back till February... they dint even send an email about what was happening. Then I called them up. They asked me for various number. I scouted through my mails, found all the numbers, gave it to them in a different call. Thats when they tell me that they dont have stock of the watch and so will not be able to deliver!! They said they can send me Ensogo money or whatever the *** it is. I told them they dint even have the courtesy to let me know, so I wanted a refund. They told me it would take 21 days. It's March 18th, havent heard at all from them... whenever I send an email, no response. Its better they close the company and start begging in LRT and monorail stations. Where will they go taking old people's money, bloody cheaters. I dont want to use foul words but these are not people who eat human food, I think they eat *** for a living.

Yes!! It happened to me as well as I've bought a RM49 dress from Ensogo since middle of January 2014, and I was naively expecting to receive that for CNY.

BUT till now - 13th May 2014 I still not receive my item!! It's been 4 x months, I've emailed many times, they kept response and said they're escalating yet NO results was seen!! They don't even has the courtesy about delivery client's product which they have already paid in advance.

What's going on with them? Can we lodge a police report for the cheat case???

Dear Merchants, Please be careful as you will not able to get your payment as mine already due more than 3 months, and their sales person, Claudine Low ignore my emails, calls. And no reply form their head, Intan. Call to their customer service they dunno anything, no extension line to them. I believe they owe lot merchant just like me, i did deliver all the goods in promised period. but what i get is this, i need to pay my debt for stocks, poslaju service. Can i know any victim just like me? i want to go their HQ and ask, if not i will make report to the relevant party.

An agent from ensogo promised me on December that my credit earned from mydeal and livingsocial will auto transferred to ensogo 1 week later. Now is February, it is still showing zero.

I do not want any credits from them, because I do not want to purchase anything from them anymore. I will ask for a compensate in refund, together with the item that came broken today from ensogo.

Called many times hoping to solve the issues but nobody pick up the phone. Email them and it auto reply me an ensogo ticket number and told me to wait again. In the auto-reply email it also says this "Please do not create multiple ticket on the same query as it would cause delay in response."

Since when they ever response?

I called many times in December and finally an Indian lady picked up, she couldn't answer my question and she doesn't know what she is doing, and worst, she just cut the line off half way of our conversation, (throw more woods into the fire), simply because she doesn't know how to answer my questions.

No solution remain.

It seem like they are pushing complain buyers away and running from problems.

I strongly feel cheated. I want my money back.

We purchased 6 products from My Deal in Nov 2014 and received 4. We did not even get informed that My Deal changed to Ensogo. Through constant email and phone contact on my behalf we have requested a refund instead of Ensogo cash, they keep saying it is with the finance department. Currently this has been going on for 4 months. Now they know me so well that they just put me on hold and do not come back to the phone call. No supervisor/manager will contact me. I would not trust this company and there are plenty of other companies that follow through with the goods and customer service.

did complainant manage to get his refund? i have written email confirming my refund in EnsogoCash, but it is as good as no refund because it is not usable online and customer service is not replying my emails! How is this allowed to happen?

Their customer service sucks and they are not replying to me. For sure they will erase this and will block me from their facebook account. I don't care if that's what they'll do but I will surely tell the world how inconveniently this company wasted my time and effort. The discounts they're giving are tempting and I gave in but it's not worth patronizing. They are the group buying website with the poorest customer service when it comes to problems on their vouchers and offers and they are the most deaf company to listen to you when all they can do is to give your money back because of the troubles they have caused you. If you're dealing with them, BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS because once your money is sent to them via the credit/debit cards that you used or any form of payments/deposits that they're accepting, you will have to take care of yourself in making sure that you get the deal right. They will leave you on your own dealing with their merchants and worst, you'll never get the deal before it expires. Probably, they don't like to refund paid deals so they will be very hard to contact. Imagine the time and energy that you'll be wasting. They should have told me that they don't want to give it back anymore so I don't have to wait this long. The funny thing is, I don't get any reply from them every time I follow up. They sent me the email last Jan 01, telling me that they will request their gateway for a credit reversal on my account and up to now, NOTHING from them. If you don't want to experience the same hassle I, together with a lot of ensogo complainant, have been experiencing, choose a different group buying site. Research on them first if they have customer service and the reviews are now all over the net. After all, ensogo is offering discounted voucher which when you verified with the merchant is almost their same price and ensogo is just being exaggerated in posting the actual amount versus their so called discounted amount.

i have purchased some items from living social from 2014 october 11th and yet did not received this item until now. I have called up living social and ensogo for several times and yet there is no one to pick up the phone.

as described in the voucher, the product will be received within 7 working days after purchase and now it long overdue.

I have also encountered the same thing which is even worst, their customer service called and informed that they will return only via points which until today nothing is there!

This is a terrible company and no one should buy anything from them.

It is the same company as MyDeals. Please make an official complain to the Kementerian Perdagangan Negeri which is under "pengguna".

Company like this must be closed down else our ebiz will not grow as we are not popular in the world because of liars and cheaters like this.

I bought 2 pairs of jelly shoes on 26 March 2014 cost RM45 each. The delivery period is 15 April to 25 April. I didnt received it at the mention period so I called, emailed, Fb PM and even post in their fb page but no respond!! I realise that there are many people facing the same problem with me. I wish I knew all this earlier so I won't purchase anything with them. To my relief, I received the parcel on 15 May, which is delayed about one month. However, Im dissapointed again. Quality of the shoes are not as shown in their website! The packaging is terrible and the shoes come with permanent yellow stain! I am very frustated and I made a complaint to NCCC online. I didnt ask for new shoes replacement as I do not know how long are they going to keep me waiting. It is a wasting of time and money. I would not buy from them anymore!

i had bought a Set of 5 European Sophisticated Leather Bags and its mentioned 7 days delivered. ETA 20/11/2014. But i waited until end of november and make a call inquiries on that, they reply me said that stock problem, mechant problem, and promised me that another week which mean ETA 05/12/2014 will deliver to my address. AGAIN, i waited until 12/12/2014 and continue to make call to customer services of MYDeal. After 1 hour waiting and not less than 30 calls i get reply said that the customer services that manage on my case is resign so they dont know my issue! What the *** is the reply from MYDeal!!!! do i need to check whether your staff still in work ??? Fine, ask for refund they said need to wait another 21 WORKINGS DAYS!!! I will definitely tell anyone that i know and stop them to make any purchase from MYDeal! MYDeal Malaysia you wont be survive in Malaysia anymore if continue to pissed your customers off

I purchase a deal on 27th November 2014, and the delivery period is within a month. Up until today, 5th February 2015, I received nothing. I tried to send emails...listen, it's emails!!! and get no-reply AT ALL. I tried to call to customer service, it's connected but divert to computer-recording operator. What's that?!!! You changed from MYDEAL to ENSOGO and ensure customers that nothing will be affected. But what's that, I have searched through the web, and alot of complaints filed to you ENSOGO MALAYSIA. Yet no response from you guys. My advice, your company won't last long especially you people. Thank you.
