Stolen card
My card was stolen along with my wallet from the casino Thursday evening. The company was very good at changing my card number and sending out a new one.
I am very pleased with receiving a new card with my current account balance.
I followed up with a police report, and it was approved. Furthermore, I'm so lucky to be with an excellent company.

After I closed my card, I tried to pay, they did not allow me to pay online
I told them to cancel my account. The payment was sent online a week early.
They charged me a $30 late fee. Go to any other bank, but not here.

Immediately after I made the phone call, I was only on hold for about 10 minutes and then the objective of my call was completely taken care of. I appreciated the customer service and would recommend this card company as a credit building service to anybody.
I also feel that there are people out there who want to improve their credit as fast as they can. If that's the case, this is a good card for that.
