Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Even though the tyres were advertised there were none available.
So I asked him if he was going to rake the ad off the internet he said no because they might get more in stock in the future.
So I checked with kumho and they did not know when their next shipment from overseas was arriving. The price that mycar were advertising at was an old price (low) but after my call I noticed they updated the price
Was checking the internet for some tyres it said they had two in stock so I went around to the my car store and he said they didn't have any in stock then he did a search of Victoria to find none available.

Bad service
I purchased a new tyre had flat tyre they found screw in it did not repair the tyre was only 3 weeks old sold me new one it cost me 475 dollars not right it could have been repaired as only puncture repair would have only cost 45 dollars so now I had buy another new tyre there was nothing wrong with the other tyre

We took our vehicle 2006 HONDA JAZZ REG 806JYE to Mycar Robina QLD in November 2021 with a noisy gearbox.Quentin was wonderful. The car was eventually returned to us on 23.11.2021after a longer time than anticipated?
We found out that our car had been sent out to be repaired by another repairer? A second-hand gearbox was fitted at a cost of $2,700. No other information was given to us even though my husband had asked that the old/faulty gearbox to be returned to us? The car was then garaged & we flew back to Western Australia where we were travelling around Australia.
We came back to QLD in October 2022 & used the vehicle to visit friends & relatives from the Gold Coast up as far north as Bundaberg & west to Toowoomba. We used the vehicle for 6 weeks then garaged the vehicle again. When we came back to QLD to live in May 2023 we were having trouble with the gears in the vehicle. We ended up losing 5th & Reverse Gears while driving to the GC on 25.5.2023.
We took the vehicle to Quentin at Mycar Robina. Geoff 041887**** (dont know surname) looked at the car & told us the problem wasnt the Gearbox but the Gear Selector Cables. Because we had moved to Buxton Qld we were closer to MyCar Hervey Bay so we ordered the Gear Selector Cables from Geoff at Mycar HB on 2.6.2023 & paid a deposit of $750 & were told delivery would be about 7 weeks. Geoff called us on 22.8.2023 to tell us that Honda werent making the cables any more.
We have no idea why it took Mycar HB nearly 12 weeks to let us know we couldnt get the cables when they could have seen that info on the computer! My husband took the Gear Selector Cables out of the car in order to get new cables made but he couldnt find a problem with the cables. We rang Geoff at Robina to let him know. On 5.10.2023 Geoff sent us text messages & photos of what the problem was with the cables.
My husband still couldnt find the problem & on 6.10.2023 Geoff told us we needed to take the vehicle to a store because he couldnt help us any more. So we took the vehicle to see Paul at Mycar Bundaberg.on 6.10.2023. Paul was very helpful but its not up to Paul to sort this problem. WE HAVE RUNG & MESSAGED GEOFF AT ROBINA MANY TIMES BUT HE REFUSES TO SPEAK TO US & HAS IGNORED OUR MESSAGES SINCE 6.10.2023.
When we were at Mycar Bundaberg my husband took the cables off & showed Paul & the Area Manager? David that even without the so-called faulty cables taken out the gears still would not go into 5th. For some reason the gears will go into Reverse but not all the time & sometimes its a bit of a struggle. My husband drained the oil out of the Gearbox & found that there was about 200ml or so of oil in the Gearbox!
Could that be the problem? We have let Paul Bberg & Geoff know this! Still no response from Geoff. It was a real struggle to get the 2 bungs out of the Gearbox?
We rang Quentin at Mycar Robina on 2.11.2023 & he said its out of his hands now & that he would talk to Geoff who was coming in that day. I messaged Geoff yesterday 8.11.2023 but he has not responded to that message. This car belongs to my daughter who lives in NZ.
She is coming over on 1.12.2023.
CAN SOMEONE ANYONE AT MYCAR PLEASE PLEASE HELP US. Thank you.
User's recommendation: If you have a problem don’t do what we did & wait for them to get back to you. On saying that we’ve been contacting a staff member & he just ignores our messages & won’t take our calls. The blokes we talk to are good but they say ‘it’s out of our hands’!

Dropped punctured tyre (on rim) at Mycar E/Hills on 29/1/24 who rang back & said cannot be repaired.
On 30/1/24 I dropped of another tyre exactly the same brand and tread pattern which was then fitted to and reinstalled on the car. Upon my return home I cleaned the wheel which was in an greasy & oily condition and discovered a chip out of my wheel.
I removed the wheel and returned it on 30/1/24. Very annoyed. The damage was initially denied but long story short the manager Khaled agreed that they would pay for the repair and I insisted that he organise the repair.
On Friday 2/2/24 I returned to enquire as to the state of repair when Khaled told me that he was going on holiday and would not return until Monday 12/2/24.
On Thursday 15/2/24 I called in and was advised by Khaled that they are waiting for it to be picked up !!!
I thought he could have/should have organised this BEFORE he went on holiday by making a simple phone call!!!
Today Is Monday 19/2/24 and I have heard nothing.
I have now purchased 4 sets of tyres From Kmart
Tyre & Auto for 2 cars over many years and I have to say I am extremely disappointed . I will call in to E/Hills personally tomorrow to see what is happening because it is too hard to get through on the phone.

Urgently Need to speak customer srivice team
No answer and no callback. Absolutely rubbish.
Took car in for a simple service yet somehow car was returned with the footwell module completely fried.
Offered no solution or remedy to fix damage they clearly were responsible for nor is customer service available for help into this matter. Very upset and frustrated.

Refund of money
I booked and paid for 2 services for which I was unable to attend. Booking number 1131**** for $444.19 and second booking number 1139**** for $454.04.
Im I able to receive a refund for these two bookings? Ive sent several emails for this matter but no reply.
This is not the way good business should be performed to anyone especially taken for a fool.
I am pissed and embarrassed by the way I was treated.
Booked a $250 ser incl balance & rotation. Completion told no bal& rotation as need new back tyres at $340 EA.
I replaced back tyres elsewhere. Booked again to only bal/rotate front ones. On pick up sorry but no work done as you moved back tyres to front and now they need replacement. Front tyres were never moved.
Then I had to bal front elsewhere. How dare the tall customer with a moustache call me a liar, why would I add.
Absolute disgusting attitude to a customer. Totally unacceptable.
