- Card locks without reason and no notifications; no phone, chat, or email support.
- Access to funds can be lost for 10–48 hours, leaving you stranded.
They lock your debit card for no reason (they dont send notifications to verify transactions or anything) and there is NO WAY to contact them for the 10 hours on weekdays or at all on Sundays when they are closed. No phone service, no chat, no email responses.
So you basically just lose access to all of your money for no reason. This left me in a very horrible and unsafe situation when I was stranded and my card didn't work and I couldnt order an uber.
(Or Lyft, or even use it on Apple Pay). I highly advise leaving the majority of your money in their bank, because you may lose access for no reason for 10-48 hours.

I have filed a dispute on the 10th of April while the charge was in pending status. I had already talked to the merchant they had to release the funds to be added back to my account but my Bambu open the claim and completed the transaction and now is refusing to give me back my money until they feel necessary. I get a different answer every day no one can tell me what's going on and it's a joke I would not recommend this app to anyone for any reason at all
