Still have not got my boots or traking number not expected delivery dat

I ordered a pair of boots on March 4th 2022 it's March 28th and I still haven't got the boots, tracking #, or expected delivery date and when I tried to contact them they gave me no info in fact they told me not send anymore emails cause it slow the process even more. What the f@#$. I can't remember ever having this mutch trouble with such a simple order.
