The customer service here is some of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I have sent them half dozen modules and seat belts alike. 2 orders took over 2 weeks to get back to be and one order missed delivery 2x and then they made me pay $38 again. Company said they had 3 of the 1993 Dodge Stealth R/T airbags for my year of car. They offered discount then took it away when I had to ask a question. Then when I cancelled the order because they were being petty they claimed it was "special ordered" (it was a junkyard part) although they had it listed on their website as having 3 of them. What a joke. They advertise that they rebuild the modules but all they do is just resolder the relays. Wasted $26 for shipping and still have a junk module. Don't do business!

Sent in my clockspring along with another clockspring with good plugs to be used as parts for my clockspring. I included a letter with clear explanation of the parts included. All they did was solder their own new plugs, something I could've done my self. They added antoher 4-5 inches of wire a lot longer than original. I've had two jobs in the last two years: ABS/traction control black box for my C-5 Corvette, instrument cluster speedo , etc. unbelievable service! Fast, cheap saved hundreds of $$$ on each order. Couldn't be happier! Read more

I've had two instruments rebuilt by myairbags. One on a Corvette and one on my Suburban. I could NOT be happier with service, quality or price.

I previously had good experiences with multiple other instrument clusters and airbag modules however the last 3 experiences have been terrible!! They "repaired" the airbag module on my 2011 Ford Edge and I put it back in the car only to find that it did not work and now I have to rip apart my console to remove the bad airbag module to install a new one with NO reimbursement. I contacted them and they stated that they had only benched tested it.... Read more

My airbag controller went out on my VW Passat. I sent it in for recoding. When it was returned, it still sent the same error code. I contacted them and told them the code and they said, "oh, we can't fix that one. That requires a new controller". So, I took it to a dealer and bought a new controller from them. Same problem. Absolute worst customer service. Shipped my instrument cluster and body control module (bcm) down to Georgia. My work order stated that the mileage correction needed to be reprogrammed to 116,130 miles. I got it back in the mail a week later only to find that it was reprogrammed to 186,130. So I sent it back they I got an email saying that it was unrepairable? Why the ---- couldn't you figure that out the first time? Now I'm going on my second... Read more

I had a problem with my Volvo S60: All of the gauges would suddenly stop working, then were working intermittently. Luckily for me, my brother had the same experience and also had success with the company He took out the dash cluster and shipped it Monday morning.
