Registering product to view results on "My Air" app

Vono Medical updated & changed the name on Resmed Serial 323201****69 Device #584 from my wife Janice Jean Breiner to myself, her spouse Donald Breiner. I continue to register on the app to myself, but tells me to recheck as this unit is registered to someone else. Yes, it was, but now it is changed to myself. Very frustrating that I cannot get it changed. In fact, Vono Medical Supplies, Springfield, IL has changed it, but evidently does not show on your records. Help Please!!! App not working

App still not working. Cannot view my score and info. I work with other people using the same machine and app and theirs is working, why is mine not?

App still not working

We can send men to the moon, but ResMed has problems, answering their phones and fixing their apps. So I have switched over to using my Phillips dream station two which is a brand new machine.

I still dont get any data from myAir app. It is not on airplane mode and has 4 bars for wifi. Any suggestions?

My data isn't available

I have been reaching out since Friday July 28, 2023 pertaining to my missing data today is Sunday July 30,2023 and I have not received any data since Thursday July 27 would like to know what is going on because it saying they haven't received any data from me I have been using my machine everyday.

Got several emails about non usage of equipment.

Feel asleep in my recliner several times, so didnt get the equipment put on.

Had heart surgery on Friday, April 8 did not use the equipment that weekend due to the fact I was in the hospital although I had the equipment there just never really got it on.

Add the equipment on one night and was in a deep sleep and the hose came off and I didnt know it till next morning when I woke up so it wasnt going to give you the information that I had the equipment operating.

I have no issue with the equipment or its usage and Ive been really feeling good because of the equipment. So irregardless of occasional non-usage.

I have been enjoying this piece of equipment, making me feel better and breathe better and it is very good and I think you, I didnt put anything down for customer service or something else because I havent experienced anything with it so I cant write something.

I never used companys. Been very good to me that major medical that I got the equipment from has been good I like the people there they been very cooperative and thank you.

User's recommendation: This is worth your investment and you’ll feel good because you have this equipment. I am back at 100%. I feel better now that I use the equipment and get my heart procedure done and I’ve been never felt this good in years. My recommendation is to get the equipment and use it.

New tubing

Good evening, my name is Tavia Batts. I have a ResMed AirSense11 CPAP Machine. I have been trying to use the machine and it keeps telling me that the tubing has a leak. I'm not sure where the leak is but I am not breathing in any air from the tube. I have health insurance and I'm not sure how to order another one or if I can even get another one. Contact your DME ( durable medical equipment) where it was purchased from. Once a month my DME calls me to ask if I need anything. Medicare paid for my Resmed Airsense 11 and it comes with supplies like tubes, masks, headgear, filters, nasal pillows (that’s what I’m using) that call me monthly.

Call the DME and they will take care of it unless you need prior approval or authorization. If your durable medical equipment won’t or can’t do it without a new script contact the doctor who put you on it. Mine was a pulmonologist

I cant connect to MyAir and after 4 phone calls I have had no help. No where else to turn and everyone I call transfer me to someone else.

I’m on the east coast of the USA and MyAir stopped working a few days ago. Their is a widespread outage of their servers.

You just need to wait until they fix it. It doesn’t effect the machine anyway

Delete the app completely from your phone and go to the Apple Store or Android store and download the app to your new phone. You won’t lose any data that way. Use the same sign in as you presently have on your old phone.
