I had to look for another site for email and password availability. I heard about Yahoo and was looking to be a part of their

organization. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with. I was working on the new member form when I came to giving them a mobile number. This may be hard for people to understand but I do not have a mobile number. I have no need for one. You would think I must be out of it and cannot function in this day and age without this product. Well I have so far. When I had entered the term no mobile number". I tried calling tech support for assistance and got someone in India. While on the phone with this tech there was someone in the background screaming and I kept telling the tech I could not hear him with all the yelling in the background. He tells me they are in a small office. It sounded like a 3x5 office with people screaming all over the place like in a bingo parlor. Finally a tech says to me he can fix the problem and would call me back in an hour. That hour came and went. After over 2 hours I called again and get the Marx brothers at the Ringling Brothers Circus. This time I hear they are getting a tech to take care of the problem. He will be in touch within the hour. This was another *** line to give the customer an answer and get them off the line. After going through all of this I not only had second thoughts about Yahoo but after hearing from their tech people not once but twice I felt this was not worth wasting my time with them. To be clear when I mentioned India as the call area it was not meant to be a slur against that country it was against these folks that seemed to me to be uneducated people in the tech field and to me was a poor vision of Yahoo to the public. I tried to go to a higher level but you go from one AI to another that is an effort in futility. Based on this I would not recommend yahoo to anyone else for help with tech support.
