have your husband come talk to me so i can clear up just WHO is the "crazy" you've lied to him long enough and i want to clear my wife's name, she was an innocent bystander just as Ken was and i want to make sure you cant hurt her again

I apologize for that woman's outburst. I have been to my local sheriffs office and filed a complaint against her for cyber-stalking me.

The only thing that this woman did was waste our time. The more cases against this company that you as consumers bought into the better chance that we will have once we get a lawsuit brought against them

Teresa Gordon - cease and desist any further cyber stalking of me. Your attempts to destroy my name, integrity, and social standing are going to the wayside.

STOP and get mental health couseling. You need it

My Vacation Connection, Inc scammed me

My wife and I received in the mail a card offering us a free 8 day cruise for attending a 1 1/2 presentation in Pensacola. We attended and were told about terrific discounts on trips including cruises which we take often. My wife made copious notes listing most of them, including a trip to Egypt, incl. the Nile for nine days for $1,000 each. After signing up we called about the Egypt cruise and were quoted $11,000. I immediately contacted our rep to cancel the membership and was given the run around. I finally spoke to a Mr. Arnulfo in Colorado. Turns out he has been involved in several other scams. Bill Yearly and his wife Jogy Cates were leading the scam in Pensacola. I have reported this to the AG of FL and am dealing with their Dept. of Consumer Services. Have also gotten with Timeshare-Answers in Orlando. They are a consumer advocacy group. While in Orlando in Feb I went to the address listed for My Vacations. It was a "rent-an-office" and there was nobody there from My Vacations. Timeshare-Answers got me one the track of cancelling this deal. I, today received confirmation that My Vacations get my certified letter. My credit card company has placed the charge made by My Vacations into "Disputed charges" and I will not have to pay.

We were scammed as well by My Vacation Connection / Blue lagoon Travel. We were promised a free cruise and airfare which is not free when you have to send in a $200 cashiers check per person, promising wholesale travel pricing.

MVC cannot get you anything beter than what you can find on the Internet yourself. Try calling them. MVC never picks up the phone. You leave a message and they call you back when you are not at home.

So, you start the process all over again. Days go by before you speak to anyone only to find out then cannot save you anything. I lost my job job within days 30 days of enrolling and notified them of such. MVC refuses to refund any portion of the membership fee of $3995.00.

Their motto is so sad, too bad, we got your buck, your outta luck. Richard Baum is the President and he refuses to discuss anything that a true leader would. Apparently he is not concerned that the image of MVC is in the toilet.

After all this, they sent me another invitation to go to listen to one of the spiels and join the devil's den for a second time. Stay very far away from My Vacation Connection.

MY VACATION CONNECTION

These people lure you in with promises of free airline tix and free 3 nights lodging. When you receive the vouchers, there are so many restrictions that they are practically useless. Once the presentation is over, they announce that the first couple to sign up gets $1000 off. This is a lie because the more you say no, they will offer you the money anyway. Say no and the price keeps getting reduced. It's just like the Timeshare scam. Save your time and money and stay away from these scammers. The hard sell tactics get very tempting but when you take the time to see what it will really cost, it is nothing but a scam.

We just attended a presentation by Great Quest Travel and made the mistake of buying - gave them CC and checking acct info. Then we tried to check them out via their website that doesn't work and we also found 4 complaints on the Huntsville BBB site.

We hope to get our money back - not sure if we can since we signed the cancellation agreement....STAY AWAY! We also found the "freebies" had lots of fees attached to the use

We too were lured with the promise of a free cruise and airfare. This company seems to be targeting seniors in that they got our information from The Villages travel show.

We were told we had 3 days to receive a full refund. Now they are changing therir story and charging $850 cancellation fee. This is in violation of Title 16 of the Federal right to rescission. Also,, My Vacation Connection is actually a front for Great Quest Travel Inc.

of Huntsville,Alabama. This company was never disclosed to us. I have notified the Federal Trade Commission, the Fla. AttorneyGeneral, and the Fla.

Consumer Services Division.

I have also notified my credit card. The company violated my privacy by sharing my personal and credit card information with Great Quest Travel withou my permission.
