I needed a "correction" to the Delivery Address for my subscriptions. I emailed them of this & I received an email the next day confirming that the correction has been made.

I need to make an address change and it's virtually impossible. No way to speak or email anybody.
Everytime I try I get error messages or the verification email doesn't arrive.
And then I get sent back to the beginning of the site. Have made 7 attempts to notify ANYBODY I'm moving.
