Dont trust My Spa in Spring TX to hold up their end of the bargain

This review of their booking system and handling of customers who booked via Groupon. On my first call to book, their phone system at the spa has a generic message that they cannot answer the phone due to heavy call volume and that appointments should be booked online. No facility to leave a voicemail. I went online and after many, many tries, 1 was able to get 1 appointment and got an email confirmation of the same. Two days later when I went to check to get another appointment, much to my surprise the first one was no longer there. Upon emailing the spa, the response was oops, the booking system has errors so it probably got deleted. I tried again and got another appt online. This time I got a call from someone saying the booking system overbooked so the appt. has been cancelled. Its been frustrating to get the run around than to get a clear answer or an appointment.
