These scoundrels never finished my solar project
- - Avoid My Smart House; they pressure you to sign and drag projects.
- - Work began in April and remains incomplete by August.
Do not, do not, do not use My Smart House for your Solar.
They are high-pressure scoundrels, who promise you the world and once they get you locked in, they drag it out for months and months, and once they get the bulk of the money, they quit communicating with you. I have roofing stacked all over my roof, a broken gateway and a back up battery that is wired backwards, so the manufacturer told me I could not turn it on.
I contact their supposed customer service specialist at least four times a week by text. He promises that hes working on it but every week we get to Friday and nothing but nothing has been done. The work was started in April and here we are towards the end of August and Im still not complete.This is not just one situation.
I just discovered someone else whohad an identical situation with them. Im going to have to sue them to get anything finished.

Preferred solution: They are never going to finish the job and I am going to have to hire people to finish and I will no longer have a warranty with them so I will need to purchase a warranty through the manufacturer
