Shady operation stay away from all their locations refuse to respond to my concerns in writing after making unauthorized charges on my credit card and I didn't approve auto payments thwy took for 3 months have made dispute with credit card for that as well

I've spoken to several employees asked for owner to respond via email so I can prove and been ignored and late fees accruing on account then they will take it and auction my mildewed belongings since 2019 I've paid in full on time

I've never missed a payment since 2019, or else they would have late feed me to death and taken my unit to sell at auction which is their goal. 2019 October months after I moved in all my property was flooded from their pipes bursting and I was paying for their insurance coverage which fought and took too long to pay out for the extensive damage but my sister was I'll with stage 4 cancer in TX and I haven't been back to LA OC since Oct 2020.

I tried to get back there then but it was a wildfire and we couldn't go outside. Right now they are advertising 5x5 same units as mine for $25/mo. That's bait and switch like me because it went up to $35, $50, now it's $74/month I'm disabled on a fixed income and now they are taking unauthorized payments and adding charges on May 27 and still no email from owner to explain why. Also they want to raise it to $92/month no and I've already sent insurance info weeks ago no confirmation it was received they are not trustworthy and it's a shady operation but I can't get back right now so I asked then to open it and send my laptop, record player records, reel to reel which is unrepairable and a few other small things.

All I have is books and clothes and paperwork I t here, no furniture at all. Most was mildewes since their pipe bust in my unit and flooded it. I had to throw out suitcases from Hawaii, clothes and family photos and heirlooms were damaged beyond repair. I think an investigation is in order and since they won't answer about unauthori,Ed charges I don't trust giving them another cars to pay.

So then they will add late fees and take the unit and I will lose my things. I've paid al.pat $4000 since 2019. It's not worth paying for anymore and the owner and managers are not working with me. I've sent many emails and never any resolution nor response.

I've also spoken o employees but that can't be proven like an email and that's why they refuse to answer in writing!

I don't trust them and want to part ways but I don't want to lose my property I've paid thousands for since 2019!!! This is how they repay loyal customers!?!?

No response in writing no email nothing I also complained to California Dept of Justice.

Why are you price gouging after the wildfires? My bill has been $74.

Now, on February 1, 2025, it says on the website that $89.00 is due. I will file a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs and the CA Attorney General. You already flooded my unit in 2019. I've paid on time for the past six years.

My stuff was moldy and photos and family heirlooms had water damage. Your insurance took so long to repay me. I will reopen that case and complaint as well. I want you to be shut down.

Nobody has returned my call from yesterday, February 1, 2025, and I have sent two texts as well. They won't give me a manager.

No email from owner nor Heidi I spoke to male rep last Monday and said he would pass my message along I'm disabled with death in family and very stressed out breaking out in hives all over my body I can't take anymore stress

Nobody has called me back or replied by email as I originally requested when I saw the price change from $74.00 to $89.00 with absolutely no notice whatsoever. Heidi was supposed to return my call last week.

I spoke to a male representative last Monday and never received a call or email after that. I want to end this contract since you guys take the liberty to change prices whenever you want to and I don't like that. It's always been a problem since 2018!

I want to come collect my things! I need confirmation in writing from the owner!

I moved out last month but they sell continue to charge me after I moved. I called they said they would close my account but they didn't and they continue to charge me

I moved out on March 20th after they raised the priced by more than 10% two years in a roll. I told everyone that I was moving out the day I moved out.

I received a bill on April 8th for Aprils bill. I was furious and I called the manager named Patty.

She said it was a mistake and she would close out my account and I believed her. But just to be sure, around midnight I called to be sure my account was closed, but it still states that I owe them for April's bill.

Illegal double insurance charges rate increase

I have text proof that they are increasing my rent from $57.00 to $59.00. They will be double charging me $11.00 for a grand total of $70.00 starting April 1, 2022.

Two years ago, a pipe burst in their facility and leaked into my unit destroying familyphotos, heirlooms, clothing, suitcases my schoolwork and financial documents.

They tried to get out of paying, due to their "insurance" not being legitimate. Beware when dealing they have homeless folks living out of these storage units, the owners dont care just like the state government of California. What a dumpster fire it has become due to this pandemic.

Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled woman on a fixed income during a global recession! They dont care about us!!
