I am currently having a horrible experience with this company, I bought the TaoTao 300 ATV from them 8 weeks ago today. The speed odometer stopped working the first day so I had to take it back and they fixed it.
The second week the machine was stuck in gear and the gear shifter broke. When i went to the shop I was told " its a Chinese bike" you have to be careful with it. He said it as if it was a cheaper quality, and I personally did nothing out of the ordinary even on a flat surface. 3 weeks now they still have my ATV stating they are still waiting on a part.
They will not refund me or give me another Bike.
My ATV currently has only 8.9 miles on it and less than 3 hours of driving. I hesitated buying a off brand ATV from the start and both times I went back for service other buyers were all complaining about associated repairs and was forced to leave their bikes.

I purchased 2 go karts and they both broke in less then 24 hours. Drove the 100 miles back to the place after speaking with them on the phone only to find out they were gonna charge me to fix them.
Deception. After a bad yelp review they decided to fix them so I drove the 100 miles (one way) back and dropped them off with a list attached to each one of what was wrong. Yet again drove back to pick them up and because I believed at the time that they made them right I bought a 3rd go kart. Got them back home and they were not fully fixed and the 3rd one ran for about 4 hours all together before it broke and wouldn't start.
Now the only option they gave was for me to "sell" them back as used go karts.
Over 4k down the drain. They don't stick to their word or their warranty.
