Stoled money for sauna never recived

My sauna store has charged me in full for a 3 person sauna which was said to be shipped weeks ago. I have no shipping info of sauna, Jacob who was my sells rep will not answer my phone calls or emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....It all started out ok and I did check bbb they had coulple complaints but all were resolved so I gave them a shot my bad I am now out $1800...This is an entire month salary for me because I'm very ill and unable to work and was in need of a sauna very sad that people are this way. I just want my sauna or money back and would have no bad feelings towards Jacob at mysaunastore.com but with no contact leaves me to believe the worst.

Well I have recieved a sauna...its the wrong item and it.came open wraped together with plastic and looks used to me but it shows something positive....of course Jacob was talking to me when I had tracking info said he would call me and resolve this will keep you posted???? Keeping my fingers crossed....

I have the exact same issue with this company stealing my money. No one responds.

The time that I did speak with someone, they gave the name of jacob or Mark. It sounds like the same person.

CORRECTED THE PROBLEM

The item I purchased from My Sauna Store has been corrected. I have received the sauna I ordered. Please remove the complaint that I posted. Mike from My Sauna Store solved the problem as soon as he returned from vacation. I have the correct sauna and it is perfect. My Sauna Store is a good business to buy from. Perhaps I acted to quickly in posting my complaint I do know that the problem was solved in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the results. The wrong item was shipped

I purchased a 2 person indoor infared sauna from My Sauna Store. They shipped me a 2 person outdoor infared sauna. The company withdrew $975.00 from my bank within 24 hours to pay for the sauna I purchased. I waited and waited for my sauna to arrive, when it finally arrived it was the wrong one. The only way to contact this company is by a 1 800 number. I called and finally spoke to a man named Mike. Mike assured me that he would correct the problem and return my call before the close of business that day. Mike has never called me and I called many times and now they have blocked my telephone number. I can't contact anyone at the company now. I have sent several emails and they have never answered any of them. I served 24 years in the United States Marine Corps, I was getting this sauna to try and help with some of the pain you have after retiring from military service and then getting older. I was researching this company because I am in the market for a sauna. The prices they advertise seem to be a great bargain.

I have learned that when it seems too good to be true, it usually is.

I was hoping to see a correction and that this problem has been resolved. Now I will wait on purchasing from them.

MY SAUNA STORE IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. HERE ARE A FEW EXAMPLES OF PROOF:

1. THE SAME, ONE MAN ANSWERS THE PHONE, SOMETIMES HE WILL SAY ITS ALEX OR JACOB (BUT ITS THE SAME MAN).

2. IF YOU GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THEY HAVE A F RATING AND TONS OF PEOPLE, INCLUDING ME, HAVE LOST 1000'S OF DOLLARS FOR BUYING A SAUNA AND NEVER RECIEVED IT.

3. THE LIVE CHAT NEVER WORKS

4.IT IS AN UNSECURE WEBSITE AND WHEN YOU GO TO ORDER, A BLUE OR GREEN BAR DOESN'T POP UP IN THE ADDRESS BAR.

5. THEY ASK FOR YOUR ROUNTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER IF YOU SAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY VIA CHECK-ALL OVER AN UNSECURE WEBSITE

THE ABOVE COMMENT IS JUST THEM SAYING "GREAT IN BUSINESS" SO IT APPEARS THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD LUCK WITH THEM.

IT IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS AND THE POLICE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY ME AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE!

I too have been scammed by this company. I ordered a sauna off of ebay from this company on Nov 8'10.

I NEVER received the item. I called & emailed numerous times. Spoke with this so called "Mike" who kept telling me there was a problem with the shipping, & would take care of it. He never did.

I've tried NUMEROUS times to contact them, and no one returns my calls or my emails.

I filed a formal complaint with the Internet Crimes Unit, as well as the San Fransisco P.D. However...I still don't have my sauna, & I'm out $1500.00!!

I deeply regret your loss in this infared sauna deal and I am sorry not to be able to help you.

However, as Finn, I would like to inform you much better sauna is the one where stove is heated by wood or electricity and you throw water on the stone. After having sauna jump into snow or ice hole in the frozen lake or see. This will relax you completely. I swim regularly in lake during winter. You may know that sauna comes from Finland.

During the WW II when there were quiet time in the front Finnish soldiers built a sauna.

We are a military family, my father was 5 years as a machine gun shooter in WW II. My son spent five years in French foreign legion and I served my national service in the Finnish Navy as Navy Seal.I just found out that my ancestors were serving in the Swedish army some time in 1700, when Finland was part of Sweden.
