Pay for my QR code an hour ago and it still does not work. I have never had a problem with my QR code before in the past; it's always worked within 15 minutes of paying for it, so what is the problem at this moment?

Need help editing the phone number

QR code does not display the number without the + and it is not allowing scanners to dial out using the QR code. They have to manually enter the phone number. Id like to get some help on editing and getting rid of that to fix the issue..

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Used them in August 2024. They continued to charge me $39/month.
Note: Their annual service is $19/mo. This company has a phone number that no one ever answers. They recommend you send an email yet provide no email in the message, nor on their website.
I finally had to report fraud. Sad to see as they had a great idea just poor customer service and obviously they are too lazy for good business practices.
