I was told after I cleaned my sheets that I could get my deposit back, and the lady didn't give it back to me. After she decided there was something else wrong with the room, she wouldn't get my deposit back, and she spoke Spanish, so I didn't understand her.
I got the sheets clean that she asked for, and then it was something else. Plus, she charged me $200 when it stated on the website it's only $100. I've been on the phone with booking.com, and they have been amazing with me, but the place needs to get new management because they can't make up their mind what they're doing. That is the most rude I've ever had anybody treat me, and they accused me of knowing what certain smoke smells like when I am on oxygen.
It was embarrassing that she said that in front of other customers.
She also said she was the owner and that there's nobody above her there, which I have a hard time believing. I've stayed in very many hotels and never had any problems at any hotel I've been at.

I did not stay at this hotel, and they charged me $98.79. I don't know how they got my card #. I've never been to this state.

Item was found, no issues. Great place to stay, don't know when I will be back again. We always stopped on our way through to Mayo clinic but my husband has passed

Hello,
I'm a frequent customer who normally is very happy with the level of service you provide. I called and spoke with a person Dec 17th @ 11:45 am to reserve a room for Dec 18th.
Whoever took down the reservation must have written it wrong bc she reserved the room for the 17th. I did not check the confirmation email, normally there's never any problem. If you check the records, I ALWAYS stay on a Wed night and check out on Thursday. My wife heard me make the reservation for the 18th.
So Ive been charged for a stay on the 17th and was not there. I also paid for my stay on the 18th when I checked in. I have receipts and emails for everything.
WOULD YOU PLEASE REFUND THE CHARGE FOR THE 17th??
Like I said, I am a frequent customer and would really appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you,

Unhappy experience
- Guest left two pairs of earrings in Bend on 10/23 (mine and sister's).
- Front desk said items not found; manager on vacation; no callback.
I stayed at the my place in Bend on 10/23 and left two pairs of earrings one was mine and one was my sisters. I called the hotel after I realized they had been left.
I was told by the front desk they were not found. I requested to speak with the manager and was told they were on vacation.
No offer for a call back. Just beware the staff here are dishonest and thieves
