The products worked as advertised and very easy to use website. Although I have since cancelled my subscription they continue to charge me the $34.95 even with two emails now being sent to customer service and them telling me to rest assured I wont be charged again. That was a flat out lie. Stop stealing my money.

Do not use this company for your cover letters. I paid $34.95 to get a cover letter I liked thinking it was a one off payment. It did not state anywhere that it was a subscription and that it was $34.95 per month. I know I did not sign up for this under any circumstances so they must have changed my payment to a subscription every month and/or do not advise you that it is a monthly subscription and you only really realise (like I did) when you are being billed every month. Very unethical and trying to rip people off.

They don't transfer customers to supervisors, hardly ever. They don't delete profiles nor accounts nor subscriptions in a day nor in couple

of days nor give refunds!!!

They completely lure people to be

their customers and they give a horrible service plus they want to

charge people too much money monthly for an awful service and they say they can not help you.

If they can't help anyone, they should close permanently! Period. I rate the company 0 out of 5 and a 0 out of 1million!!!

I totally think people should not use services of that company.

Do not use any of their terrible services. It is not worth it.

I downloaded a letter for which I paid, then in a couple of weeks a charge appeared on my checking account for 23.95 for an alleged subscription, for which I did not sign up. I cancelled the subscription for which I did not get a refund. I tried to call them but the system won't let you pass to a live person. it will ask for a phone number that matches your resume but I don't have a resume in their system so there's no way to speak to or get help from someone. I believe this is a scam.

I signed up for a two week period for $2.95. After that, they automatically signed me up for a recurring fee of $ 24.95 billed monthly. When I contacted them to get this money refunded, they initially refused, but then pro-rated the refund amount to $11.12. They should not be allowed to automatically change the terms you agreed to.

Not free, had you sign up for a 14 day subscription, cheap only a few bucks then it sneakily rolls your account into a monthly subscription for a $25 fee. It's a predatory practice on people who are obviously busy and have more important things to worry about, like getting a job. This kind of service 99% of people only need to use one time and this type of business disgusts me.

My Perfect Cover Letter - Mysterious and tricky!

This company is mysterious and tricky! I may have a free trial in Jan. 2020 but forgot to cancel it. I never get any email of bills to tell me or never order any service. They charged me 23 times of $24.95 till I found it in Feb. 2022. I called my bank for dispute. My bank can only help me get 6 months' fee back. For the rest of the fees, I called this company 6 times. Each time their mysterious customer service answered different. One time they said they will send me email and let me reply in 48 hours, so that I will get all the refund. It has no any email arrived. I called again, then they said oh yes, your bank will refund you all the fees. The last one said the previous representatives are all trainees, we cannot do anything because you let your bank involved it. It means how much you can get from your bank, that's all we will have to refund back to you. That's their excuse. They just want to keep people's money, and it's " no way" get your money refund and only way to contact them is a phone number. I hope no more people get tricked by them. Please be alert. They are not the perfect cover letter to you, but the perfect "cover letter" for their scams.

This is a total scam. Once you pay, you can't get ahold of anyone because there is no one on the other end of the line. They ask you to put your phone number in, but can never find an account associated with it. You will then be placed on indefinite hold. I reported them as fraud and had to cancel my debit card in order to stop them from charging me because there is NO way to cancel once they have your billing info.
