Deceived By American - Laser $ Down the Drain
- - Spent money on cosmetic procedures; mistreatment and broken promises.
- - Laser burns caused scaring and infections; refunds not acknowledged.
I am so very agered with the amount of $ I spent for mistreatment, expectations, promises and lies. My experience from procedures for Poto Facials, AmeriSmooth, Hair Removal, and DermaBrasions have resulted in facial scaring from laser burns and broken promises. Inadequate technicians performing procedures incorrectly and causing multiple skin damaging, such as burns and infections resulting in scaring. My request for a refund or partial refund has not been acknowledged. However, I will not stop here. I will do whatever it takes to get satisfaction and to mar this company as they have done me.
