Pandahall always find a way to steal customer's money
i have two different fie complaint with Nihao. the support is useless i have sent more than 15 email with no reply. for today, i ORDER NHLB210416****61 april 16 NHLB210408****91 april 8 2021 i order the first order in april 8, usually after payment they check what's is available. and there is an option where you tell them to inform you about out of stock items . so they informed me about out of stock and i chose to buy more items using the money. they have offered 10 percent discount on shipment. so they have sent me all in all one shipment but 2 separate orders. the first one they have discounted my shipment. the second order which they shipped with the first, they charged 25 dollars extra. with no reason. its not my first complaint. Last time they charged me 10 dollars as well extra on my credit card the customer service is not reliable and no one answers attached are charges for both shipment. including the out of stock items. that means in both orders the weight doesn't reflect the right weight because there were too many items out of stock
User's recommendation: you will be hopeless, no one will answer you. find another supplier.
