Purchased a Dora Luxe Bra on line. It was the Embraced-Adjustable Chest Brace Support Multifunctional Bra. The cost was $26.95 plus $4.99 shipping. I ordered a size "7" which allegedly fits 42D, 42DD, 44B/C. I should have know that NO bra can fit 4 separate sizes and fit my size a 42D comfortably. Even though one of the sizes it allegedly fits is a DD which would be a larger cup size then mine. The bra smashed my breasts. The cup was way to small. The fabric and construction of the bra was of very poor quality. I made contact with Dora Luxe asking to send the bra back with shipping at my expense for a full refund of the purchase price. Customer Support told me that they would NOT give me a full refund unless there was a manufactures defect. The defect was that the bra received was not a bra that indicated it would fit a 42D size. Customer Support said that was not a defect and offed me 20% of the price paid for the bra without consideration for shipping costs. I indicated how can you only offer 20% refund. Any other online store to include Amazon provides a full refund if the garment does not fit and I was agreeing to send back the unused garment at my expense. Customer Support said that if I accepted the 20% I would not have to send back the garment (what good would the garment do me) That shows you that the garment has little to no value so they must have paid the manufacturer pennies on the the dollar to purchase it. When I said I want 100% refund they offered 40%. Again when I said I wanted 100% of the price paid they said they would offer 70% and I would not have to return the garment. In 75 years I have never had a company negotiate what they would pay for a return as it has always been 100% of the purchase price, but I would have to pay the shipping to my home and then back to the company as shipping charges were not part of the refund which is OK with me, but they did not want the garment nor would they agree to return my purchase price.
