What kind of company will not give online access or service to overseas U.S. citizens living abroad?
Do they have security issues ? I thought that they got over Stone Age long ago!

I made multiple attempts to make a payment this morning and each time I received a message stating that Loancare was unable to process at this time, try again. Hours later I received an email notifying me that my payment is now scheduled.
I am worried that multiple attempts to make a single payment resulted in multiple payments.
I have made many attempts at contacting Loancare, however I get more messages telling me that the systems are down and customer service agents can't speak with customers at this time.
Seems like a huge misstep for such a large company. Hopefully this gets resolved positively.

It is impossible to get through to a human on the telephone, as the automated system is a mess and will hang up on you if you do not give it the information it wants.
When you finally DO get through to a human, they will simply say "Oh, you want another department. Let me connect you to them.", and you are back in the automated nightmare.
I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

When i tried to make my payment it sent me 2 scheduled payment emails so I went back in and cancelled one and it shows none are scheduled now can someone confirm that there is no payment going to come out before i reschedule

Late payment because I changed my work place I was trying to make a payment online and the the system dont allow me to do it
CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE
- The payment showed an error three times.
- An email said three payments were scheduled with no confirmation; phones are not answered.
I made a payment and the error msg popped up saying something went wrong. This happened 3 times.
Then, I receive an email saying I scheduled 3 payments. I was never given a confirmation number. The last time I attempted to make a payment, it just showed a payment had been scheduled. I cancelled the payment because I wasn't sure how many times I will be charged.
NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONES AT ANY NUMBER LISTED SO I CAN CHECK !!
This new website needs a lot of attention. First, a confirmation would be nice and 2nd, someone answering the phones

I dont understand why you dont pull the whole amount before or on the 1st now you say you didnt receive june payment it was pulled from my account then you say I $369 behind what is the problem why do we have to talk to 20 different people in order to get things straightened out
