- Charge went through despite pending status and card cancellation; I didnt order from them.
On September 15th, 2020, $97.50 was deducted from my bank account. Since the transaction was still pending, I cancelled my debit card at the credit union's suggestion.
The transaction went through anyway and money deducted. I did not order anything from this company and indeed, had never heard of them until this time. I tried contacting them to no avail.
Their # is 877-969-****. I am a senior citizen and forfeited a medication refill because of this loss.
