This is a scam
- I ordered 3 sets of keys but never received any in the mail.

Avoid this company
- First call canceled due to an office audit.
- Second visit went to a CA, not LA.
- Booked for immobiliser, not keys.
- Refunds offered: £50 and £20.
These are not heroes in any way. The first call was cancelled due to an office audit which we know audits are planned.
Lewis said and agreed with this statement. The 2nd visit went to a CA, not an LA postcode, so he wouldn't travel the 40 minutes to the correct address. Three days later, they arrived to tell me it wasn't the keys, which we knew; they were booked for an immobiliser job. Was offered a 50 pounds back, but Ini put this through anyway.
Lewis's manager offered another 20. I accepted this in good faith. Now, I'm offered a refund apart from the call-out fee. No, it's not my fault you came for the wrong job.
AVOID at all costs; they don't care, they just want your hard-earned money. They have no customer service skills.

Can't delete account
- Entered email for a digital receipt; signed up for Key Hero.
- Tried to delete the account and Key Hero data for weeks; tickets opened; not deleted.
At Home Depot, I was asked to put in my email - I did thinking it was for the digital receipt that home depot often does but it signed me up for a back up with Key Hero. I have tried to delete the account and key info for weeks now and they say they opened a ticket but for some reason they have not deleted it.
I have called many times over a 3 week period and don't understand why they won't delete the account.
This is a huge problem with this company - I recommend not using them ever. If they have this much trouble deleting an account, they are not set up to protect your info.

- Used Lowe's kiosk to copy three keys.
- None of the keys worked.
- Clerk wouldn't provide a paper receipt, and the refund is hoped with the digital record.
I walked into Lowes to copy some keys. When I saw your kiosk, I thought that meant that they werent making keys there anymore at the store, but just with your automated device.
So I used it to make three keys for the same door .
When I got back, I was very discouraged to find out that not one of them worked.
Hopefully whatever digital record I have with you will be enough for a refund.
The clerk at the sales desk would not offer me a piece of paper for that sell since it was processed through the machine.
Thank you so much for your support! Its a great idea to have that sort of thing automated, but it certainly didnt work for me on the first try.

User's recommendation: iskip the key kiosk and go somewhere where a human cuts keys and assists with duds. key hero has too many steps to a refund and puts the onus on the customer. i’m not enjoying my experience with this company

I have used this service before at have never had a problem.
