Installed an expensive, $3,700, polyurea floor for my 2 car garage on 11/25/20. A problem was noted on 12/01/20 and there office was called.
They made inspection appointments on 5 dates and failed to show up.
4 of these failed appointments were No Call - No Show. Only lip service from their Installation Manager, Charles Newton, of their Sarasota, FL branch office.
