Verified Reviewer |Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service and Craftsmanship
I wouldn't even give 1 if I didn't HAVE to!
Initially had my 1st eye exam and order glasses and contacts~ September 22nd 2022 to the tune of $723.00its now APRIL 26th 2023, and I STILL do NOT have wearable Glasses nor ANY CONTACTS!!
The store in Jax Fl has been through 4 yes FOUR General Managers in this time and the overseas phone answerers don't understand nor care that I cannot see & am out a lot of $$ & tell me that my case has been escalated, and I will get a call back. It has been almost 8 months, I still have NOT received a call!!! Or the proper PRESCRIPTION (the contacts they gave me at my appointment were and are the WRONG prescription) actually were STUCK TO MY EYES for FIVE WEEKS and when I demanded they (the machines bcuz there's NO doctor, RN, Nor anyone else certified to work on my EYES), check, all of a sudden I have CATARACT in BOTH eyes & the machine will not continue!
Following their bogus cataract's story, their ONLY employee that has been there since day 1 of my misery actually advised I go file a small claims suit because they will not do ANYTHING for me & I'm not the only 1!
Also, my progressive, transition lenses had started PEELING, prior to the arm twisting off and leaving me once again with NOTHING to wear so as I can see, and they were clearly paid for!!
The list goes on and on I just want what is rightfully mine, and I just keep getting kicked in the face by this place!!i
