I asked for an installment loan to settle some accounts of mine. The accounts were willing to settle for less if I had cash to pay them.

Representative from this company said I qualified for their debt settlement service. They set me up with a legal group. All the funds I have paid so far have gone to fees. Nothing has been taken care of.

I think it is very sad that there people out there who look to take advantage of a disabled senior citizen.

It looks like I am going to have to find an attorney to deal with the attorneys. Cannot trust anyone but yourself anymore.

I called My Enrollment Center, based upon a mailer I received for a loan in New Jersey. The next day they tried to sell me on a debt modification program, they misled me with the mailer. I did some digging

• Colonial Law Groups Address is a virtual office.

• Colonial Law Group uses a Registered Agent, https://www.corporations.pa.gov/Search/CorpSearch. Why would a law firm need a registered agent?

Who is hiding what, and who really are these people? They seem to go to great length to hide their identity; the only thing listed is registered agents, who are the owners?

Are they really located somewhere, or are they a Phantom operation using today’s technology to evade the law as long as possible?
