I received a phone call the day after I made this post. I mentioned I sent an email to another employee.

They said they would look into it. I followed up a few days later with another email.

I still have not received another phone call or email. I still have no account to be able to sign in with.

Original review Jun 08, 2021

I purchased my package for 2 weeks a year back in 2015. In 2017 my account was paid in full.

I had contacted customer service when I still had money to pay and they were quick to help me. I have never used any of my weeks and I know have a destination I need to go to and I can't log on. I have tried to rest my username and password and my email address is not on file.

I called their phone number and got a email to send too. I have emailed him and support 3 times each, no response.

Everything they promised was a lie, I never even got the mini vacations as promised, although they sent me certificates they were no good. I never have been able to use their service and have had it for 2 years, lies, lies ,lies.

I'm contacting lawyers to fight them, I'm thinking class action lawsuit.

anyone interested contact me @ wscaz@***.com. I will keep riposting because this will probably be removed.

Our Experience 10/17/18

Experience was not good. The Salesman never returned our call about the name of the law firm that will get us out of our timeshare for $1,295.

Also, we called RCI and the supervisor said they don’t have brokers that offer memberships to use their resorts. It left us confused about the claims the Salesman made.

Salesman misrepresented the program.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The salesman for My Dream Shares clearly and repeatedly stated that the cost followed the schedule in their contract $399 studio, $499 1BR, $599 2 BR. Regardless of location or season this was the only cost.

There is a clause in the contract that says additional payments may occur. There is no way to determine what, when or how much these costs will be until after you've purchased the program and try to get a condo. We had to rely on the salesman's word that these didn't apply and costs followed the above schedule. I gave specific examples of in season and prime location condos and each time the salesman stated that the cost was always $499 for a 1 BR.

Recently we deposited $599 with My Dream Shares to acquire a 2 BR condo. 12 exchange points were deposited with RCI. Desirable condos required more than twice this many points. All that was available for this many points were off season condos.

One condo that required 11 exchange points could be obtained for $399 cash. When we contacted the company they just referred to the additional payment clause and were sorry we felt the salesman misrepresented the program. We did not just feel the salesman misrepresented the program, he did in fact misrepresent it. I have found any number of similar complaints against this company.

My advice to anyone considering buying from this company, record the presentation or steer clear completely. Misrepresent is a kind word for what they do.

Hoorible Presentation

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Never again will i go to a presentation with this company. There marketing team faslely told me I would not have to pay anymore than what they were taking for the vacation stay, but had to fork out $500 more dollars to get all the benfits after the presentation.

The $100 resturant ticket they give you is a joke you have to look up resturant and you only get a discounted rate of $5 here $5 there which is hard to keep track. Its like saying you need it eat out 10 different places just to use the $100 gift card. Also I had to pay for the benefits that were given as prizes and I was told I would not have to fork out anymore money.

This COMPANY IS A JOKE. NEVER NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Mydreamshares travel club

i attended a presentation in vegas to hear about new hotels in vegas. it was really a travel club selling to folks the renting of time shares thru RCI.

which i did fall for and talked them down to $3334.

to join their club because i am a AARP member. their first price was $20k just to join the travel club. there were gifts promised that suppose to get at that presentation only to find out they had to email them in 14 days. i got home oct 3, had to file complaint with BBB and received the gifts yesterday nov 9.

i got 4 weeks for a lifetime membership. but in order to use those 4 weeks ,you have to have dreamshares transfer the week or weeks to RCI for you and it costs up front to transfer your week. for a 2bd condo its $599 up to 700.

if i had it to do over again i would have deleted the email to come to vegas for 299 and not have bought into this travel club, i would have done more research. thankyou
