Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Okay so basicallyy, they finally got back to me and sent me 40$ in store credit to make up it, it took a little bit but they did eventually fix my issue!.

so, they emailed me yesterday claiming that they would refund me in merchandise credits today, which ofcourse i thought was weird because why are you telling me youre going to give it to me tomorrow instead of giving it to me than? and now they have been avoiding my emails all day, and replied once claiming that they would once again send me the credits today. and guess what never got sent to me, the refund.

so I had ordered two 7g Ghost disposables and they came multiple days late, and defective, but the company has now resolved the issue and made up for it!

Order not recieved and no one responding to calls or email

I placed an order and on website says order is complete and was shipped with USPS priority shipping on April 25th, 2025 and according to USPS a label has been created but items i order not shipped. I have emailed and called and Im getting no response.

I have order with this company in the past several times with no issuesm, but now I dont know whats going on. HELP SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS AND WHEN I SHOULD RECIEVE IT.

Apology, order not in stock but replaced with what was closest to it & order refunded. I just wanted one or the other.

Well, there WAS an issue but they've really made up for it. Not only did they send substitute products for the items that are out of stock but they also refunded my money.

Which they didn't have to do I would have been happy with one or the other.

Don't y'all go thinking that they're going to replace AND refund when something isn't in stock.

There WAS an issue but they've more than made up. Thank you very much I will be ordering again.

I ordered on the 5th of December. It is now the 16th of December.

They said that they can't help me because it's been shipped and it's been over their business days you have to wait to receive my product. Don't trust them. They will take your money and not send you your product.

They can't help when you have a problem, they just say it's not on them. They are not very helpful.

There is a serious lack of communication, I wrote them several times about and issue with a cart not fitting the battery. I heard nothing, I made another order and put a note for the order letting them know how much better customers would feel being able to be heard.

Don't offer a phone number if you will never answer or they do answer but have no idea with my delta 8 store even means.

The email is a joke 4 time I emailed and not one word. They need to work on addressing customers issues.

Order Confirmation Email

I placed an order on 10/31/2024 at around 5 p.m. and I never received a confirmation email regarding my order.

I made an account on the website that I can't log into because I forgot my password. When I try to reset it, I have the reset password email sent to my email (vonshay622@***.com) and I never receive an email.

I know it may be because of the holiday/going into the weekend, but it would still be great to get an update. Thanks.

I had an issue with mydelta8store.com. I flew off the handle and left a bad review, but I ended up hearing from them and they corrected the issue.

I would order from them again and am trying to find that review to delete it. This company is great!

They calmed my nerves about my order and I regret leaving a bad review about them. If anyone reads that bad review, please disregard it, as it was a mistake on my part.
