Frank ROBINSON AKA Steven Frank Robinson will destroy your computers and stop returning your call. I bought a one year service plan.
He called me because I had a plann due for renewal at the firm he left behind. WHAT I DID NOT KNOW IS HE RIBBED 2 of his former firms.
After a massive mess in 2 days and several programs / Apps distroyed and more....he stoped calling back. Refused to reimburse. The address he claims to work at is bogus according to police.
He does not return my Banks calls either.
Honest business people do not operate this way. If you don’t want to throw your money out never do business with this con man.
