Fraudulent Company
2 months after ordering and paying I have no product and they send form emails but refuse to refund money. List their business as shipping from USA but it is a fraudulent Chinese company. Scam/Fraud.

Absolute Scam
Dont fall for the US address. This is just another Chinese scam company.
After a month and a half of waiting for delivery and requesting a refund, I received a package containing items of the incorrect number, style, and sizes. In addition, the quality was ridiculously bad. I have yet to receive a refund nor information needed to process a return despite numerous requests.
They DID however, reply to my credit card company to refute my fraud report. Infuriating.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Terrible company
They sent the wrong product but claimed it was an acceptable variant. Offer a refund but I have to pay for shipping to China.
Filed dispute with credit card company. MCP stated in their refund policy that they provide a return shipping label-they don't.
They also claimed to the credit card company that i had not said anything about wrong product description. In fact, multiple requests have been made for return and refund.
Dispute is ongoing.
Please learn from my experience and avoid this company.

DID NOT DELIVER ALL MY PRODUCT AND WONT RESPOND TO MY INQUIRIES
I ordered over $500 dollars in matching pajamas for our annual Christmas family picture and ordered in November in order to get them in time. First, the number posted on the website should have been a red flag as it is short (1) digit.
Second, it says it shipped from the US in 5-7 days (LIE - it ships from China) third, when I sent over 8 emails they stopped responding.
I did receive (1) package with half my order - now I am fighting for a refund of the missing product.
Luckily I purchased through PayPal and hopefully they will assist in getting my money back. I cannot afford to lose the $200 + dollars - as this was my christmas gift to all my kids and now that is ruined.

Scammed us of money. Have yet to receive merchandise.
We ordered Christmas pajamas for our family in mid-December 2023. The website said 3-5 days shipping.
It has been over 6 weeks and we have yet to receive the merchandise. I contacted their Customer Service and have repeatedly asked for a refund. The communication goes to a general clearing house subcontractor service.
They refuse a refund and say it is on its way from China. Do not buy from them.

No refund only excuses and BS offers of 10 percent off next order
This is one of the emails I received they sent me pajamas saying they were warm soft and comfy I ordered matching Christmas pajamas for me and my wife they arrived and were cheaply made very scratchy to the skin
They will not honor a return only offering 10percent refund and 10 percent off another purchase like I would order from them again
