My Choice Software - No refund
I purchased office home and student on February 22. I ended up not needing it, so it was never activated. I called in for a refund and they said it would be 5 days. Its march 3rd and still no refund. Ive written support 3 times without a reply.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy from them.
