Unable to get my lost bag

My bag was checked from Dubrovnik, Croatia to Boston on June 14 and did not arrive in Boston. I have spent many hours on line without success trying to locate it. The only reference number on my tickets is 334888 and I am told it is incorrect but no one has helped me get the correct number!

User's recommendation: Don’t fly BA.
