This is a fraudulent company. They stole my money.
- - Bought a soil compactor for $264.99.
- - Email offered Expedited shipping for a small fee with no price.
- - Voicemails left unanswered; emails bounce.
I purchased a soil compactor from this company on their website for $264.99.
I first noticed that something was wrong when they sent me an order confirmation email the next day asking if me if I wanted to upgrade my "Free Shipping " option to "Expedited" shipping for a "small fee"? What?!
They ask me this AFTER the purchase was made and they don't even tell me how much it will cost?!
On top of that they stated that if I stayed with their "Free Shipping" option they may not be able to even ship my order for 20 DAYS ! Are you kidding me?! 20 Days and they are located in the United States?!
In this email they also stated that someone from their company would be contacting me "shortly" to discuss my shipping options for my order. Well, 3 days went by and NO CALL FROM THEM!
I have called them 7 times to discuss this matter but the phone goes to voice mail every time.
I have left 7 messages but I have received NO CALL BACK.
I found a second phone number for their company on the Internet but the number has been disconnected.
I have tried to email MyBackyardZone.com customer service many times but the emails come back "MAILER-DAEMON" every time saying this email doesn't exist.
It would appear that this is a fraudulent company. They have created an elaborate website that looks real and they are stealing money from people.
User's recommendation: DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY'S FRAUDULENT WEBSITE
