Subscription not filled and charged twice!

I subscribed to the box service last month and never received a box nor any shipping details. I was charged again this month and still have no products. I contacted customer service and never received a response. I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund and still have not had any response.

User's recommendation: Do not order from this fraudulent company.
