I have been trying to get a hold of the adjuster for almost a month now, and she never answers. Calling the general line is even worse.
The hold time is excessive.
I have not been able to give an update to my client because this insurance company does not answer calls. I have left voice mails and sent emails; however, I've never gotten any answers.
