This is the most upset and frustrated I have ever been. Do NOT purchase any of these SCAM items. First of all the do NOT work. Second of all they charge you monthly for products that you don't receive. I was charges 30 bucks a month without even knowing it because I hadn't received any of the products! Stupid company, stupid product. They will not give you a refund but a cancelation number for future products. REMEMBER your cancelation number because if you forget it, they will keep charging you. I hate this company and I think it's a shame that a company such as this exists.

They also fail to give you a proper number to call if you do wish to cancel. There website gives you a number in the UK that does NOT exist.

Call THIS NUMBER and let them have it if you are also going through the same crap.

Ordered trail product,received Dec 07, 2015, $ withdrawn Dec 3rd. Phone calls started, kept saying "NO".

December 23rd an automated withdraw for $94.74, bank account overdrawn. I have $35 OD fee. Called 877-635-****,representative had his script. Said I wasn't interested "DO NOT WANT " over & over.

Can return, S&H would be deleted from $94.74. Gave address to return, was mailed from St Petersburg FL and return address Phoenix AZ, as of December 29, have not received 2nd pkg to return, they have their money.

No one ever told me after using both products that EACH would be charged separately. The $99 charge, I thought, was for both items - the eye cream and the face cream.

Turns out the $99 is the face cream and the $84 is the eye cream. Neither worth the money in my opinion. I cancelled any future orders.

I cannot write 100 words about these products. Don't buy the samples.

Well I am another *** added to the list. I never saw anything on the order that said you had 14 day trial and then they charge, it just wasn't there. I called today after having $200 of charges.

I got a little testy with them and told them I was calling my bank and having them blocked and she gave me a 30% discount credit, we will see. I did call the bank. Said I would get a confirmation that I was canceled from auto delivery.

Told her I never received in other product and she said I didn't have any coming, oh well, some lessons are hard to learn. The worst of it is that it do a thing for my skin!

if you keep takimg money from my acc i will file a law suite agaist you co i have called and canceled this wourthless product twice already and your co keeps yakimg from my acc stop it and put my miney back now im really sick of co like yours to scam people out there hard earnd money first im on fixed income so every penny counts and beffore your co takes somethig from money from a persons acc they should make sure they want it or least satisfided with it witch im not one again i did call to say i didint want yjis product ill be expcting my money back asap

I also ordered and called to cancel but they had already charged my account an additional $76.28 & $79.74. When I called to speak to customer service she was completely rude and would not allow me to speak to a manager.

She proceeded to tell me that I needed to call within 14 days for the "trial period" and that they count the day the order was placed as the first day! UNREAL!!!

I told her that I was calling my credit card company to start a grievence on this and she placed me on hold and said they would reimburse me $39.99 for each within 1-3 days. She would not supply me with a Confirmation number and said an email was sent....although I received NO email!This is a CRIME!!!

DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. 14 day trial starts the day you purchase REGARDLESS when u recueve it. I was charged 67.78 thinking all i would have to pay was $4.95. I called customer service to get my money back (of course highly upset) i ask for a supervisor after the first guy kept over talking me.

Finally put a supervisor on the phone and she was rude and then hung up on me. I quickly called back and got a much more condesendng *** who was basically mocking me. Said he was the floor supervisor. I ask for his supervisor and he told me nobody else would be getting on the line.

You can in no way know if a product works in the maybe 7 days you have to try it after you recieve it. Horrible customer service and TERRIBLE business practices. They told me in no way am i able to recieve my money back.

I took one pill and it cost me $4.95 for shipping and $67.78. Worst online purchase in life.

my alocecleanse got my wifes deit card some way and bill us ,no nothing no order no, no invoice no, are any connect with we had the bank check with some and recharge and said no we partllcipated in something we know nothing about,the charge came just 4 days from a rip off dentist and they clame nothing about it was right after they after this is , a scam and think something too do with it for we debt the dentist and that all we did.

we lost 79.74 for bull ***.never heard of them. never got no order no, are a bill,or any thing so i want to know when was order and ship. no tracking no aany thing im *** and will get to the bottom of this

Not happy with this company. Was charged 89.something and then another 79 something. Felt I was scammed

called to cancel order because of a charge of $4.74, $7.74 and charges to follow were $89.74 and $79.74 ......called to get reimbursed and they basically told me i was too late in calling to cancel and i was stuck with the charges. tried talking to a manager and the best they said they could do was refund $50.

i have yet to see that credit....very upset with this company...im telling everyone out there about how poor this company does business and how they do not explain charges to the customer. customer service reps were not helpful at all...i hope this company fails due to lack of respect and not caring for milking hundreds of dollars out of people who have a very limited budget.....

I ordered this product in March 2014, I called and canceled this product two weeks after I ordered I called to cancel and for the month of April I did not receive product but they took 79.74 out of my account, so May 15th I receive product in the mail and on May 5th they took 79.74 out of my account, I called customer service and was told that when I called in I only canceled one product and not both their for I am stuck with *** that I don't use and out 159.48 and no one seams to know how to get ahold of a corporate office!!!! This is the worst service I have ever received!

THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR PRODUCT AND DIDNT SEND IT TO ME AND THEN SAID I HAD ONE MONTH TO RETURN IT OR I WOULD BE CHARGED 80 DOLLARS!! THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE THEIR COMPANY ASKING FOR MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND SECURITY CODE OVER THE PHONE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER THAT HAD APPARENTLY ALREADY BEEN SENT!

THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER MADE ME TALK TO AN AUTOMATED VOICE INSTEAD OF A REAL PERSON AND WHEN I TRIED TO EMAIL THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT I WAS SENT BACK AN EMAIL THAT MY EMAIL WAS REJECTED.

I CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM AT ALL AT THIS POINT. I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY!!
