They reached out and fixed the service issue.

I have had My Alarm Center for decades and am seriously considering quitting. Since the merger service has been terrible.

Almost impossible to get thru by phone. When I do get thru (after 5 calls) the service appointment is not set up. 3 calls after that I find out the service ticket was sent to a vendor I specifically said I did not want. They are terrible, terrible, terrible.

Also had problems with setting up a vacation notice.

I am looking elsewhere. So should you.

Cant get sensors installed after being a loyal customer for twenty one years , no one knows whats going on with this company anymore so dont waste your money find another company

I sometimes set off my smoke alarm. When that had happened, I have gotten an almost immediate call from the call center to see if I am all right.

Received a notice that the company merged with another recently and wondered how that would affect service. Had another smoke alarm today. NO RESPONSE from the company. I am seriously considering cancelling.

I called to let the company know the alarm was false, but it was all handled electronically.

No opportunity to speak with a human. After that I was given the option to speak to an operator - but no one ever came on.

It looks like the company has gotten rid of humans in favor or electronics. I have been a customer for years but that it not the type of system I am willing to pay for.
