Lying to the elderly

This company called my mom by phone and she provided all her personal information. They keep calling her phone to ask when she will send them the forms back to them that were sent to her via mail. My mom has been convince that I should help her fill out the forms. I tried calling the toll free number and you will only have the option to answer “please give the number We recently used to call you”.
