What i like about MX Motorsports? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I ordered a bike July 25th 2013 and was told i would have it aug 12th 2012. Never happened Then was told id have it sept 5th. Well i found out that he never ordered the bike and when i told him about it he assured me it was ordered. Well not only was it not ordered it was also not paid for to his distributor.

And i paid in july. ... WTF.... I canceled the payment and am now awaiting my money back.

Today is sept 17th. I will never recommend this place to my worst enemy. William is a Liar. However if you do plan to order anything from this place.

Talk with Steve he was nice.

Even he wondered why i kept trying for so long. Good Luck...

Placed Order on phone August 7 2013. 5 Days go by and no email confirmation of shipment and tracking.

I Call there and talked to Steve and then William. William gives me the runaround for two weeks after that. Basically the quad I ordered was not in stock..never was in stock anywhere. He told me that quad was in stock and ready to ship when I placed the order over the phone with him.

William will give you the runaround for 100 years if you let him. We had to contact the credit card company to get our money back as they will NEVER give you your money back. Not only do they NOT have items in stock as they show on their website they will give you the runaround for as long as you allow it. Do NOT trust them.

Do NOT trust anything you see on their website. They are scammers and I really don't know how they are still in business. I guess the local pick-ups is all they really have. They should really take down their website.

Do NOT buy anything from mxmotorsports.us You WILL REGRET it!! I promise.

Just needed to say that I bought a 150 motorbike from Rick at mxmotorsports and I have nothing but praise for him.

I was looking online as I live in Jamaica and was very much put off by all these negative comments, sending $1500 to a company in a different company in the hope you will get your item is a scary prospect.

Rick was great!

There was a small teething problem with the original documents but Rick went out of his way to sort it out as soon as possible- due to the bike being unable to ship without the correct papers. He came in to the shop extra early and made sure it was rectified in a very timely manner.

I could hear how stressed he was dealing with rude angry customers that decided to start their original problems with anger and disrespect- you get what you give.

I understand that not all transactions are seamless and its the way the problem is dealt with that is what counts, I approached Rick with respect and good manners and he dealt with me the same way.

I have had my amazing bike for over a year now and I am due to get another one -and, yes it will be from Rick AT mXMotorSports.

order this on may 1/ 13, got no e-mail ,i called said it,s on it,s way ,numerus phone calls numerus time they said e-mail 5 min never recive anything figerd they were rip off ,called card company . get a call on may 28 the bike is in town no clue . I recive the bike with some damge

Have paid them ,but will not buy from them,no comuniation at all what a way to run a busines.there lost buying 3 more somewhere else,not happy , un happy camper just don;t know how they stay in business, no,no,no.no no no no

I purchased a scooter from this company and a month later the engine blew up. I did a lot of research and preformed all break in processes.

The engine had about 1,700 miles on it(and it seemed to have been reading in Kilometers so that really about 1,00 miles) and I had just changed the oil for the 3rd time. after trying to file a warranty claim sending all the pictures I had they wouldn't respond.

I finally got a response when I said I would report to BBB. And to that I got an email response with some ********'s in it.

The email said that I would get nothing. I know the BBB will do nothing for me since this company already has a F rating, but hopefully it will discourage others from buying from them.

I have herd alot of bad things about mxmotor sports, but i went ahead and got a 150cc super hornet from them. the delivery was very fast, and a week later i got in my title.

i have had no problems with rick or any of the other sevice people at mxmotor sports, and the bike i got was great, no shipping damage, not even a mark.

i just wanted to get on here and vioce my oppenion, i read a lot of revues before i got my bike and most of them were about mechenical issues, most were from uneducated people, that don't know how to take care of a bike. ***

worst experience of my life, Rick and Stive the mechanic both are liars and thieves, I bought a scooter 49cc in March and already in April was broken and not working, the fix cost me $ 60 and transportation to the shop almost $ 200 otyra once broken in June, I said it was better to put a 110cc engine and cost $ 199.99 arrel, three months after it was broken again. Rick does not respond to text messages and almost never responds to calls, no sense of customer service and behaves like a complete ***.Please do not waste your money there.

I ordered a motorcycle from MxMotorsports on a monday, I had read on their site that from the day that you order it takes 1 to 3 days to ship your order. Last year I ordered a scooter from sunnydsports, never had any problems from them, MxMotorsports, owner is very rude, I dont know how he stays in business, He cant have a staff because he is the one to always answer the phone, I called on wed and he was real short with me and said it hadnt been shiped yet.

So i said OK and that was it. So i called again on thurs, which was now the 3rd day since i made my order, and he answered again and was kinda rude and said it still hadnt been shiped yet. So i called again on friday, after i checked my email and still had no tracking #. and he said it was going to be shipped today but he still didnt have a tracking # and he said im not going to get into this with you right now and he hang up on me.

the whole time i was never rude to him. So i sit for a few minutes and thought, now im the customer, and he was quick to take my money on the first day i placed my order. and i thought about the last thing he said to me before he hung up on me, so i called him back and said just send me a refund, and thats when he said F. U.

So i told him i was going to turn him in to the BBB, And he said F.U. *** and hung up again. I should have checked his reviews before I ordered from him.

He has a lot of bad reviews. Whatever you do dont order anything from MxMotorsports,

Do NOT EVER order from this site. This is the worst ordeal I have ever had the distinct pleasure to live through.

I ordered two 150cc scooters from this site and the shipping said 3-5 days on the site. The manager emailed me and said that it would be 2-3 weeks. I told him I wanted to cancel everything and get my money back and he said it too late, your money is mine. I am setting up to sue MX for everything its worth.

False advertising, money fraud, and illegal withdrawl on my account.

So bottomline. NEVER even think about this company.

I ordered a Roketa 250 cc scooter, last August 30th from Mxmotorsports, they were very quick in taking my money but all I got is a scooter that has the handle bars welded wrong (when you hold it straight the front tire point to the right) and it does not start. After numerous calls and emails to Rick (customer service person) I realized that I was not going to get any help from them like they promise to do.

So I took it to a mechanic and he said that it can't be fixed.

These people should be put in jail!
