AI Highlights
  • - License sent to wrong address; $18 to resend.
  • - Courtesy license to the same address was offered; not the correct address.

My license my physical license was sent to the wrong address and now I have to pay another $18 to have another license sent to the correct address which I don't think is right but they said they could send a courtesy license to the same address which is not the correct address what sense does that make

Rudeness, Unfriendly, Inefficient

AI Highlights
  • - Rude, uncooperative, and inefficient service.
  • - Made wait in a car; Covid delays cited.
  • - Extra fees; original papers required; license renewal requested.

Rio Rancho MVD takes the cake! They are incredibly rude, uncooperative, Inefficient!

I was made to sit in my car at an assigned space until they wanted me inside.

Claims of Covid seem to be the excuse for everything. However, I have experienced same treatment before covid. Perhaps these people need to be replaced with people that want to be there and can at least do the job efficiently and a little human kindness! Where do these people get recruited from anyway?

They also charge additional fees for their services?!!

I made an appointment and brought all the information I was told to bring, when I arrived I was told I needed to bring Original papers. Nothing got accomplished.

I also requested to renew my driver's license.
