Poor Communication Skills

My experience with MV Trading Company was online through Amazon.com. The vendor had the product listed as available and so I ordered with 2-3 day shipping. It is now day 11 and the purchased item is still in transit as the company did not ship until 6 days after the order was placed. The item was not available in their warehouse (even though their records indicated it was) so it had to be ordered. MV Trading Company made no attempt whatsoever to contact me to inform me of the delay. When I contacted the company asking for an explanation, the only reply I would get is "we are sorry". While I deeply appreciate the second spent trying to appease me, I would like to see maybe a tiny bit of effort made to make a customer happy. But I guess since they already have my money, why try?

I recommend complaining through Amazon directly. they have fantastic customer service and hopefully will resolve this. I too have had a bad experience with this Amazon store front and will be pressing the issue so Amazon is aware and hopefully discontinues allowing them to sell there.
