I purchased two separate wellness services and the appointment calendar only allowed me to select different 30 minute intervals for each.

When I arrived at MV Aesthetics, the lady came out and asked who I was there to see and I told Marian, but told her to give me just a second to look at my confirmation so that I could get the name correct. She went to the back of the establishment and came by to ask if I was there to see Mariana and I said yes.

Mariana then confronted me regarding why I had booked two time slots behind each other and I told her that was what the online booking appointment tool presented me with.

She became very confrontational, refused to listen regarding how my appointment was scheduled and informed me to leave because she decided who she would service.

The total encounter lasted about 3 minutes.I am a black woman and she was a foreigner with bad English, so perhaps she had some cultural challenges, but thats her problem.

Let me tell you, this is not a place that you want to do business with. She is trash so stay away from this establishment.

MV Aesthetics provided a fabricated response as one would expect and it is what you would refer to as a CYA response. Mariana Viana NEVER stated that only one session could be held per day, and had she shared this information with me, I would have been perfectly fine with that option, however NO OPTIONS were offered. I was not out of breath, so there was no danger there.

These people clearly HAVE ISSUES and I would suggest that they find some other excuses because these will not fly. I was treated inhumanely and suggest that they take some cultural sensitivity classes, because there clearly are glaring issues as I experienced on 4-26-2025.
