Lack of Support/Long wait for order

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago and still my order has yet to ship. The website does not have online chat or any phone numbers. What is worse is that they already charged my card several weeks ago and still no product!

Customer Service & Return Policy

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 pair by mistake) as a Christmas gift in 2021. The recipient wished to have these returned. I when through the return steps only to learn they were not returnable after 26 days. I contacted them on the 27th day. I never heard of this practice. I attempted to contact Customer Service twice via their website email address and have yet to receive a reply from them. In addition, there is no phone number to reach them, (Gee, I wonder why). All I want is a full refund. I do not feel returning a Christmas present in January is unreasonable.

User's recommendation: Do not waste your time with this company. Customer Service is terrible!

Return Policy

I never ever return an item unless it doesnt fit properly. These were a Christmas gift. I never heard of returning a brand new item, that was unworn nonetheless, and charged a restocking fee!! This is ridiculous!! These shoes will not be donated. They will be re-sold.

Terrible customer service

ordered a pair in November and it is late December and still did not get the item. I called to cancel and they said they can't because they already fulfilled the order. How do you fulfill and order if it was still not shipped and I never received it? Terrible!! Would never recommend.

They bill your credit card IMMEDIATELY, but don't bother to ship for many, many weeks. Nice. (I thought they'd been stolen off my porch, but, no, they'd just never bothered to ship...

Never received the shoes I ordered

Ordered two pair of shoes on 09/07/2021 was notified on 09/16/2021 that although one pair was in stock, they would not be shipped for about two months. On 11/08/2021, I was informed that the shoes were shipping, clicked on the supplied tracking number which stated it was a pending shipment, the carrier had not been given the packages yet. I click on the tracking number for several days and status has not changed. I sent them several emails trying to figure out what was going on with my order and get no replies. On 11/22/2021 I receive an email stating I received my order two weeks ago and will I review my purchase. I again send several emails stating I never got the shoes and they are still listed as a pending order awaiting the package at the carrier. Zero response!!! No viable phone number, live chat doesnt work. Im calling the credit card company to challenge the bill. Scam comes to mind! Beware of giving this company any money.

Need Help with Sizing on shoes

First, I am not pissed off. I just need help determining if the shoes I purchased are the correct size or if I need to exchange them for the next size up. You are really hard to get ahold of and I have no idea how I would exchange to a different shoe size because I can't find it on your website. No phone and no chat line, just your Pissed Off email. Which I am not pissed off. Just want to talk to someone.

Bad Business

On 2/1/21 I purchased a pair of shoes through Muvez - https://www.muvez.co/. They did not fit and I contacted the company regarding the exchange process. On 2/17 I returned the pair of shoes following their instructions. I received a confirmation email on 3/8 that my shoes were returned successfully. I have not received an exchange nor further follow up to date. I have contacted the company inquiring about my status and requesting a full refund on 3/19/21, 3/22/21, 4/2/21, 4/5/21, and 4/9/21. The company has not provided any resolution nor follow up to my concern. Ghosted....Bad business!
