Bad Business

On 2/1/21 I purchased a pair of shoes through Muvez - They did not fit and I contacted the company regarding the exchange process. On 2/17 I returned the pair of shoes following their instructions. I received a confirmation email on 3/8 that my shoes were returned successfully. I have not received an exchange nor further follow up to date. I have contacted the company inquiring about my status and requesting a full refund on 3/19/21, 3/22/21, 4/2/21, 4/5/21, and 4/9/21. The company has not provided any resolution nor follow up to my concern. Ghosted....Bad business!
