Their customer support is fantastic, very polite & fixed my issues even when I simply asked how I could fix it, they talked through every step they took to fix the issue if it popped up again. Since then, I never had any down time since I joined over a year ago.
Since I started with musicboxset limited, i have also purchased multiple other servers and had no issues with them either. Some on annual billing cycles and they have provided everything I needed from a company.

The company has apologized for their support member Amanda.
Today i have purchased the boxbilling pro license from https://www.musicboxset.co.uk/ and asked them to tell me how much was their price from GBP to USD, so they converted my price from 2 GBP to $3.20, which is not fair. When i asked them to convert back to GBP they denied, so i have to pay more? No thanks.
After that i created a new account and ordered and 2 GBP and paid for it, while they terminated my account and banned me.
Thanks, i will be taking my business elsewhere.
